How long are the shoots?
Content Creator shoots are a minimum of 2 hours, with the option to add up to 2 additional hours if needed. For longer shoots or travel/trip enquiries, please contact us.

Do you help with posing and locations?
Yes - all shoots include posing and lighting guidance. We also know some of the best content spots in London and can suggest locations that suit your moodboard and are appropriate for the weather.

How many outfits should I bring?
Depending on locations and the style of your shoot, we recommend bringing 3-4 outfits for a 2 hour shoot. This allows for a good variety of content across Instagram carousels, reels and TikTok videos.

What if the weather is bad? Do you have a cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made after this period will be charged in full. If the weather isn’t ideal on the day, we’ll help adjust the shoot and suggest sheltered or suitable locations so you can still get great content. For full Terms & Conditions, please click here.

Do you shoot on weekends/Bank Holidays?
Yes - please note that weekend and Bank Holiday bookings include an additional £15 per hour charge.

What’s the difference between Organic and Brand Partnership/AD content?
Organic Content applies to personal content only. Brand Partnership/AD Content applies to any content being created as part of a brand collaboration, including paid partnerships, gifted products, loaned items, UGC content, or campaign work.

Campaign rates reflect the additional commercial usage, deliverables, and expectations that come with creating content for brands. If you’re unsure which rate applies to your shoot, please let me know the purpose of the content before booking and I’ll be happy to advise.

Only one of my outfits is for a campaign, which option do I select?
Select Brand Partnership/AD Content. This applies to any shoot involving brand collaborations or paid campaigns, regardless of how the time is split across outfits or setups. Pricing reflects commercial usage and deliverables rather than time allocation.

What’s Client Equipment?
We shoot using your own phone or camera, so you get instant access to your content straight after the session.

Where are you based?
Most shoots take place in London, however we also travel for photography and videography projects across the UK and internationally. StudioTaggy has previously worked in Kent, Paris and Iceland for creator and brand content shoots.

How quickly will I receive my photos?
Content shot on StudioTaggy’s iPhone is usually delivered within 24 hours, often the same day. For Canon DSLR photography, you will receive a contact sheet within 48 hours to select your final edited images.
